Microsoft Price Changes

At the end of last year Microsoft announced several pricing changes they’re implementing in 2025. The most significant is the change to billing period pricing.

Effective 1st April 2025, price increases will be applied to several Microsoft services, including NCE services with annual commitments billed monthly, Teams Phone, and Power BI.

A 5% surcharge will be applied to any services which are on an annual commitment and billed monthly. If you want to keep your services at the same price, you will need to move to an annual commitment, billed annually at your next renewal date.

Annual Monthly Billing: All new and renewing monthly billing plans for annual term subscriptions will be priced 5% higher than the annual upfront billing option. Customers using Microsoft 365 E3/E5 and Office 365 E1/E3/E5 suites with Teams can change their billing frequency while retaining their existing subscriptions of suites with Teams.
